The product

Promptive is an AI-powered platform that helps organizations surface higher-quality insights and enable more meaningful conversations—especially in complex and regulated environments like healthcare.

The challenge

FSE Media set out to address a set of interrelated challenges:

  • Insights were scattered across platforms and formats
  • Conversations lacked structure, making synthesis difficult
  • Existing tools optimized for speed, not depth or quality
  • AI solutions often removed context instead of strengthening it

Any solution would need to work inside real, regulated workflows—while maintaining trust, transparency, and human oversight.

Our approach

FSE Media approached Promptive as a system, not a feature set.

Structured input over raw volume

Promptive was designed to guide how questions, insights, and contributions are framed—improving signal quality at the source.

AI as synthesis, not replacement

Artificial intelligence supports pattern recognition, thematic grouping, and relevance—but never replaces expert judgment.

Conversation as an output

Insights are only valuable if they lead to discussion. Promptive turns synthesis into dialogue, encouraging reflection, follow-up, and shared understanding.

How it works

  1. Invite the right people

    Teams set a discussion subject and prompt question, choose recipients from existing groups or custom selections, schedule the send and set a response window. Participants join from an email invite and respond anonymously.

  2. Read the insights

    The web dashboard brings together responses, respondents, email performance, top barriers and representative quotes for each discussion.

  3. Stay in control on mobile

    The Promptive app is a lite version of the platform, with an at-a-glance dashboard of participants and discussions.

  4. Follow every discussion

    Explore discussions, read every answer, and share an interesting thread with another Promptive user.

  5. Measure as it happens

    The Insights tab shows response count, participants, CTR, open rate and whether a discussion is active or completed; inside each conversation, completion rate, active users and engagement trends update in real time.

  6. Summarize the takeaways

    Create a bite-sized summary of any discussion’s key takeaways. New discussions and contacts are still managed on the full desktop platform.
